YT Kim is the creator of COOV, a blockchain-based vaccine pass adopted by 43 million people in South Korea during the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating the feasibility of large-scale Web3 services.

Recognizing the shift from public AI to personalized AI, he conceptualized Another-I, an innovative approach to AI personalization. He has systematically defined the key types of personal data required and the methodologies for integrating them, enabling AI to replicate an individual's unique thoughts, speech, and behavior—both rationally and emotionally.

He studied theater directing at Dongguk University, one of South Korea’s top drama schools. His academic foundation in character building and role creation influenced the development of Another-I, bringing a humanistic perspective to AI that diverges from traditional engineering approaches. This unique methodology has played a crucial role in making AI behave more like a real person.

Prior to founding Newnal, YT built extensive experience in the content and education industries, which now informs his strategic focus on developing content-driven business models for personal AI. He also serves as a board member at i-Scream Group (Edu, Media, and Art), where he actively contributes to pioneering AI-driven educational models.

Bezalel Lim is a seasoned web3 and blockchain specialist of Newnal. Since the early days of blockchain technology, he has been dedicated to researching and developing core technologies that break away from the traditional Web 2.0 centralized server model, enabling personal data sovereignty and building a decentralized web ecosystem—realizing the original vision of the internet as a personalized and distributed network.

He designed and developed InfraBlockchain, the world’s first public multi-blockchain technology without cryptocurrency, and also developed and operated the COOV vaccine pass system. Currently, he is focusing on the research and development of Web3 AI Agents and Web3 Telecom technologies, which integrate blockchain and generative AI.

He studied Computer Science and Database Systems at Yonsei University and KAIST. He started his career as an early WAS (Web Application Server) system software developer and was a first-generation mobile platform developer for iPhone and Android. He contributed to the development of Korea’s leading mobile map applications and internet portal mobile platforms.

He sees his life’s calling in developing IT technologies and services that bring value and utility to individuals and society. With a deep interest in hybrid mobile platform technologies to ensure consistent user experiences and development efficiency in fragmented environments, he has cultivated a versatile skill set, often taking on design responsibilities when needed.

Early on, Joe also developed an interest in blockchain client technology, building a profound understanding of data security and encryption processing. This expertise has provided a crucial foundation for Newnal’s personalized AI technology, ensuring secure processing and protection of user data at the device level.
